In early July, after a few weeks of hard work, Emma submitted an application for Ethical Approval with the Human Research Ethics Committee within the Open University. The application included information of the overall project Developing Empowering Methodologies in Management Research and also details of the individual projects our six students/researchers will carry out soon in India.
